my cellular phone? VIN - 2CKDL33F896232871. I have attempted to activate this service without a successful response. since this general motors product is equipped with virtually every other immenity, I find it difficult to believe that the "Bluetooth" is not present.
 
The vin wouldnt tell you that- The vin is the location of manufacture, make, model, engine and sequence number

you need to look at the option codes in the trunk sticker
