By law, Car titles need to be revised if you paint your car a different color,

what if you get it wrapped? Instead of painting my car since that is permanent I wanted to wrap my car in black glossy vinyl(removable at any time like tint). It's a new fad catching on..instead of painting your car. They last 2-5 years and look just like a new paint job and can be washed/waxed/polished like a real paint job. I know by law car has to be re-registered so title can be revised if car is painted new color..What are laws about wrapping car a new color?
