Lately I am hearing about a lot of cases of male Massage Therapists who got falsely accused by sexual assault and i would like to protect myself because there is almost no way how to defense yourself. And I do not want to go to jail for some stupid people who play power games or need money!
If I write in my intake form that there are cameras everywhere for the clients and my protection, would that be legally okay? Or do I need to go to prison than b/c I broke the privacy act?
