...old if the parents agree? This guy friend of mine said he was dating a 16 yr old, (she was turning 17) the parents loved him, and the girl looked like she was 25. He met her at a club and never learned her age til later. He was really sick at the time with an illness and said she was the only one who came to visit him, as if this is a good reason. What are your thoughts on this? I called him a pedophile and hes was deeply insulted. I know the American laws are differant than Canadian laws. In Canada, the age of sexual consent is 16.
 
even if it's not illegal, it's very gross. just think: he was driving when she was born. he was drinking when she was in preschool. disgusting.
 
I think he's disgusting... she is still a child and he's taking her childhood away by making her step into this adult women role...

If her parents are okay with it then there is nothing that can be done. They might be alright with him but do they know he is having sex with their daughter is my question?
