Buying New Kawasaki Ninja 250r Price?

i live in canada and want to buy this as my first bike. i plan in paying on cash and am wondering what should i expect to pay for it and what kind of deal can i get? the price on the kawasaki site is 4,699 and 4,849 for the colour i want. Can you haggle for a lower price or get a better deal? not quite sure how it works.
 
Most dealers will haggle but only a few hundred bucks or so.

Go in there and tell them you have $4500 cold cash in hand right now and you're ready to buy. It would be hard to turn down a guy with the green (or whatever color Canadian money is) right in his hand.
