So I am buying a mountain bike and I need it to have suspension, and at least a twenty speed I guess would be how to say it. Sorry I don't know alot about mountain bike. Also It needs to be under 200 and good quality thanks !

Unless you want department store crap bikes, which are heavy and not durable, there are no "good quality" bikes for under $200. You'd have to spend at least $100 more for a half decent rig. HOWEVER, you can check out craigslist and ebay for a decent used bike. I strongly recommend doing the latter if you must spend below $200 and want a good bike.

You wont find anything good for under $200 that has any quality. You can get a good used bike, look on ebay or Craig's list. I good full suspension bike starts at $900 and goes up from there.

Under $200 and good quality DO NOT GO TOGETHER! Sorry but you are doomed to a dept store bike. If you want low end "quality" then you can look at anything a bike shop has to offer but you need to add another $100 or so to get that and that would be better than anything a dept store has to offer by about 300%! Twenty speed is a compact crank on a road bike these days for a compact crank on a mtn bike you are looking for a 18 speed (9 in rear and two in front) and unfortunately anything geared as such will cost you about 10X your budget to start with. You are looking for a 21 speed in your price range ( 3 in front and 7 in rear) Unfortunately those 21 speed cycles are going the way of the dinosaur too as everything is going 8, 9 and 10 speed (not the 5 in the rear and 2 in front 10 speed either) in mtn bikes. 10 speed in mtn bikes is expensive right now and not in your budget. Look for used anything because new and $200 or less is junk!
