Buying my first BMX Bike?

Hey everyone, I'm starting to get interested in BMX and need help buying my first bike. I'm particularly focused on doing freestyle and street. The things that I'm looking forward to is a light-weight bike, reliable, around $300- $400, and comes with at least the rear brake with a cable detangler for bar spins. Any suggestions or particular things to look out for? Thanks.
