BUYING COMPUTER: Duo core vs. Quad Core?

I am really in to VIDEO EDITING i have the money but im not sure if the quad has that much of a difference from the duo.

If i like video editing should i..

get the duo and save a few bucks.

or

get the quad because its better for video editing

or


is there much of difference?
