I live in the United Kingdom (Britain) and I was thinking about buying a Kawasaki ninja 250r. At the moment I'm 16. But I will be 17 in a couple of months.
I have a few questions I want to ask.
How old do I have to be to get a motorbike licence for a 248cc?
How old do I have to be to buy a motorbike in my name from a dealer? I think it's 18, but if I can convince my parent to allow me to buy one under her name would I be able to get one at 17?
Would I be allowed to ride it on the road at 17?
And finally do you have any comment on the Kawasaki ninja 250r? I've heard it's a good beginners bike and I think that's good as I haven't ridden before.
