Buying a license for Microsoft office 2007 for a business?

Basically, I need to purchase the Microsoft office package, however, they are going to be distributed across ALL computer. Meaning they will be installed on at least 28 computers.

How would I go about getting the best cost effective license package or what.
I've never purchased a package for distribution among so many computers.

Any help would be great.
