About a week ago I bought a 2005 sdg pit bike it a little dirt
bike but any ways I met up with the guy and bought the
bike for $200 bucks he was asking $300 and I found out
the bike was a piece of crap it needs a new
engine and so I never payed the guy the
100 bucks so now he's trying to report the bike as stolen and I don't wannt pay him he sold
me junk I traded the bike for another dirt bike that runs and the guy never put that I got the sdg from couldn't find the pink slip it was never registered and he is trying to report it stollen and
he said he got the bike from a friend and I don't think the pink was
in his name what should I do.
