I want to use my every 2 promotion and buy a phone for resale. Samsung Omnia seems to be a good choice for profit since it's now free. Called and spoke with 2 different verizon reps. Both said I could buy a data phone such as a bberry, activate it to accept contract extension, switch back to my old phone, sell the blackberry and not be stuck with any data plan. I'm not currently using any data package. Is this really true? On multiple web boards like this one I've been told this is not possible. Who to believe? Has any one else determined which phone fetches the best resell profit?
