Buying a cheap dual sport conversion kit for dirt bike...?

I've been looking at making my Honda CRF 230 dirt bike street legal. I've heard of buying baja kits, but they cost around $500. Do you know of any companies that sell them for less or where I could possibly get a kit cheap?

Also, do you know what tires aren't legal to drive with on the road?
