Hi I live in Ohio and plan on buying a car in Michigan. I plan on driving it home to Ohio. If the seller doesn't have plates on the car now how will i drive it home? How would they transfer the title? Do i need to be there to transfer the title or can they transfer it without me being there and i just pick the car up and get the original title and register in my state.
