Hey! So I'm like this close I I to buying a 2007 honda accord SE. Sticker price is $13,880 which is GREAT. It has 42,000 miles on it and only 1 owner, it was leased until now. This is my first car. My husband and I will be buying it. We looked @ it yesterday and I love it. But like I said, FIRST CAR! So plz, what should I do to haggle and lower the price and things like that. Also, do you have to have insurance before you buy the car? how does that work? THANK YOU!!
