Buying 2008 Kawasaki 250R. What would you pay?

2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R. The bike is completely stock and in "mint condition" with 2400 miles on it. What's the most you would pay? What's the least you would pay?

I wouldn't buy because it doesn't have enough power to be safe on the road where drivers don't see you, and I speak from experience.

But, MSRP brand new is $4k so I would say somewhat lower than that
