Buying 2004 Honda Accord ~ 110K miles?

I am planning to buy a used accord with 110K miles. The car has significantly more miles than average (75K). How long can I expect such Honda to last on average? Will it start to show major problems? It is priced at 9.5K.
 
It'll last a long time, expect up to 280,000. honda's tend to go downhill after that.
Make sure the timing belt's are replaced every 80,000 miles and keep the oil changed.. everything should be fine.
