I'm a 5'4" female, about 100 pounds, who wants to tone muscles and gain strength, preferably in my thigh/butt region and arms. I'd like to join a gym since I can get a discounted rate through the company I work for but I'd rather go with someone than alone since I know nothing about fitness. Could I replace a gym routine with a bike if I ride a couple of miles a day?
