Busy Signal After Flash!

Guys im THIS close to finnishing the flash on this piece of crap glyde for my brother, I loaded the PRL, had the ESN changed, and went to do *228 and i get cricket, but it fails to OTA, so i manualy went into programing, changed MDN to my phone nuraber, changed the NMSID to the MIN that was in my old phone except with two zeros befor is so it looks like "001234567890" restarted it and i STILL get a busy signal when i dial any nuraber, any body know what could be causing this? or what typicaly caus this? Ive been reading for the past two days straight, to no avail... Please, any help or information would be appriciated!

If all the settings are correct, it could be a system problem in your area. I had someone come to my store yesterday with the same problem on a phone with a phone already flashed, but then when he tried a call later, it worked. It's always the little things we never think of that end up being the problem. Just double check or see if someone else in your area is using a different prl and maybe switch to that.
 
fast busy is generally esn change hasnt been done on crickets end or min isnt programmed correctly.... ive seen it like twice in over 4 yrs where an account neeRAB to b rebuilt in the switch
