I thought up a great name for my graphic design studio, and I just found out there is another studio with an almost identical name in the same county as me... they use a "ph" where I use an "f".
Can I /should I still use this name? Does it matter legally or professionally? It's the perfect name and it took me forever to come up with it! Chances are our paths will never cross, but it's the same industry, so... ???
