I'm trying to get a job through a temp agency right now and their dress code for all assignments is business casual. I just graduated college, and really didn't have much (read as basically one) business casual outfit. Now, I can't wear the same outfit over and over again. So, I went out shopping, but I'm having a hard time locating places that sell business clothes in plus sizes. Of course, the easiest thing would be to drop the pounds and get out of the plus sizes. But I can't just not work while losing weight. I need something now. Is there someplace that sells business casual clothes in plus sizes. And how business like should I be? I don't have a lot of money so I need variety and a relatively decent price. I know that some might say to invest in high quality clothing (basically tailored), but there's no way I can afford that.

And I've got a few tops right now with lower necklines (but no cleavage shows), are those ok to wear? They are nice quality, I'm just starting to freak out after reading all these different things online about what to wear and not wear in business casual. I can't afford to get a whole new wardrobe, I just need clothes that fit and will help me give a professional appearance. Thanks to anyone who can help.
I'm in California. So no stores outside of the US, or not in California please.

I'm not sure where you are or if you are in the states what stores your state has. I'm in Michigan and being a size 18 I understand what it's like to try to find clothes that are appropriate, and don't look like something out of your mothers closet. I have luck at Fashion Bug and Macy's. Sometimes I can find a shirt or two at Kmart. Also, Try thrift stores. You may just get lucky.

Edit: Torrid (love it) and Lane Bryant are fantastic stores like the other two ladies said.
