Many companies now allow their office staff who are not customer facing, to wear what’s known as business casual clothes. Though sometimes, one persons idea of what is business casual dress is not necessarily another persons and can soon lead to an overall poor standard of dress.
Although business casual dress is welcomed by many of the office staff themselves, what if you were running your own company, would you allow business casual or prefer to have a more formal dress code. i.e. men not necessarily required to wear a suit but to still wear a collared shirt and tie?
