My good mate and I were thinking of beginning to save up, take some courses and open a business. A small pub/cafe to be exact. Nothing huge, but worthwhile. It's something we really want to do, and I've got the food and cooking experience. I've worked in pubs and diners and the like most of my (admittedly short) career.
So my question, does any one have any tips?
(NOTE: we won't be opening for at least five years but instead will be planning, looking, and saving.)
