Bus Driver Rant Isn't this a bit much?

So I pick up my 4 1/2 yr old son from the bus and the driver calls me up to her to speak to me. She says the kids were playing a game--calling each other things like "pickle head" and other silly names. She then points to my son and says,"and this one said "Booby head", so I nipped that right in the bud and thought you should know." Am I missing something here? Since when is booby a terrible word? If he swore or said "stupid" or "ugly", than sure, correct him, but "booby?" And the way she told me with her tone and attitude.......I just needed to vent. Thanks
