Burnt DVD does not work?

I burnt the navigation DVD for my car (Audi). The car doesnt read it. I dont think it reads burnt DVD's. Is there some way to make this burnt DVD work on my car?
Is there a file which i need to delete on the burnt DVD to allow the car to read it?
 
Sounds like you either having an issue with your burn speed (the slower the better) or a copyright protection issue try using a burn program that removes them (I'd suggest one but got an e-mail saying I broke their stupid rules when I suggested them before) it might also be a +/- disc issue, hope this helps.
