Burning tongue and raw feeling in my mouth

Does anyone have these symtoms and are they caused by allergies? My gums started tingling last May and it deteriorated from there. I am trying to find the cause of the burning tongue, gums etc. Sometimes it feels like my teeth are about to fall out. I've been to ENT, Gastro, dentist and none of them have come up with a cause. I live in Florida so am exposed to allergy producing air all year long. Today, after working outside in the 90 degree heat and sun, I am a lot worse than usual. Maybe i have burning mouth syndrom, maybe I have acid reflux working it's way into my sinuses, maybe I have sinus or maybe it's allergies. Whatever it is, it really hurts. Any help that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
 
How are you doing? I have a friend who has similar symptoms. Have you been checked for Sjorgen sp? Oleander
