Yes Emma it did. I see that this i mostly found in women after reading the replies.
I changed my diet up some. Or at least try to. I go for alkaline fooRAB and stay away from the acidic ones.
I also cut out wine and beer and if i have a drink it is something light like vodka. When i follow this type of diet i notice that the symptoms go away.
I did this for a couple months straight and began introducing the acidic fooRAB i love so much back into my diet. So far so good. However if I splurge on tomatoes or red meat, some symptoms do come back.
I also found that daily exercise (burning 100-200 cal) can lower the bodies acidity levels. A good sweat also takes your mind off of the symptoms.
Of course everyone is different and sometimes I wonder if its just me getting so used to it that i don't notice it... But who cares as long as you don't feel it and let it run your life right!!??
I hope this helps. And hang in there!
