Would appreciate your experience here. I will post my last MRI of June 09, and would like to know what would cause the tailbone to start burning with nothing visible on the outside. It will subside for a few days, and then flair right back up again. Flairs a little to the left but mostly centralized.
L4-L5 disc desiccated. Left posterolateral protrusion of disc with narrowing of the right lateral recess which may impinge on the L5 root in the lateral recess. Mild narrowing of the foramen, mild central canal stenosis.
L5-S1 disc bulging. Spondylolysis of L5. Mild narrowing of foramina, no direct nerve root impingement.
I appreciate your help as conservative therapies etc. do not seem to relieve the burning, whether sitting or standing. Laying down helps a bit.
Thank you,
choc
