Iam a 35 year old with sciatica and an l5-s1 herniated disc and spondylithiasis. I am now having an issue where the bottom of my feet will feel like they are burning and on fire. Is this part of the sciatica and how do I relieve it??

This is nerve pain that is caused by a nerve that is being comprimised by a muscle or a disc. It is irritating the nerve and that's giving you all the grief with your foot. There are meRAB that will take care of the nerve pain, that your normal pain meRAB won't touch. You can try any of those and see if they offer help. Neurontin, Lyrica, Topomax are three of the ones used....

am currently taking Neurontin and it helps some, just this morning it was almost unberable, alot more burning than usual. I find it increasing lately, they say I need a fixation of l5-s1 and a decompression.......would that solve my problem??

I'v read somewhere where someone got relief by using sunburn lotion. Believe it or not, I tried it and did find some relief by it. Like most say, it pretty much has to do with the nerves.
