i use dvd flickk. but most movies i download, are in widescreen format. when i burn in dvdflick, the aspect ratio is 16:9 widescreen. but i dont like the black bars on the screen.. butttt... i burned off a movie and it had black bars on top and bottom. but before i burned it, i wen into settings, and changed the aspect to 4:3. and the bars are now gone.. would anybody recommend me keep doing this? do anybody have experience with dvdflick? do this method remove parts of the screen or do it just shrink the movie into 4:3 format? i prefer somebody to answer who is farmilliar with dvd flick. i like dvdflick cuz with it i can bypass the 120 minute limit on a dvd-r.
