burning in stomach?

I have started taking lots of vitamins and after i have taken them i get bad burning in my stomach for about half hour and sweating how can i stop this but still take the tablets?
 
Taking a lot of vitamins is dangerous - unless you do that under the supervision of your doctor. The sweating may be from Niacin that produce hot flashes in many people.
 
You probably need to see what vitamins and minerals that your body is deficient in first. Then try to find something that doesn't have alot of extra additives.
 
Space your vitamins throughout the day and never take them on an empty stomach. Make sure you eat something solid when you take your supplements to avoid stomach irritation.

Also, as others have mentioned here, take a look at what you are taking. Large doses of vitamin C, for example, can be very irritating to your digestive system.

No supplement is worth ending up with reflux disease or a damaged esophagus.
