Hi Bette,welcome i also have burning in that area i was told it was nerve damage mine was very intense felt like a hatchet in my back ,i was given lyrica and that took down some of the pain,if this is new and not so intense just be sure not to aggravate it i did some stupid things because i didnt know what it was like pushing wheelchairs and lifting river rocks,i made myself worse,please get an mri and dont do alot of lifting or pushing. hope you feel better marywoo
