Very disappointed tbh. This could have been a great horror film, true story that's absolutely creepy and all that... instead they've made it a comedy. *sigh*

A deeply unfunny comedy. I don't remember anyone laughing once in the cinema last night. They've gone for cheap sex and blood and gore jokes. Snore.

Burke and Hare nother case of Hollyowood re-writing British history given the inaccuracies. The worst thing though was Isla Fisher's dodgy accent that at times headed back to Australia.

The film itself was more in keeping with John Landis later work when he went off the boil with Beverley Hills Cop 3 and The Blues Brothers 2000, than the vintage films he did like Animal House or The Blue Brothers. Although I found some moments mildly funny, it wasn't as good as I expected.
