Does anyone remember the stop-motion claymation series Bump In The Night, about Mr.Bumpy & his friends, I used to love that show on Saturday Mornings which I liked the stop-motion claymation work that the creators did which was awesome & my favorite characters are Mr.Bumpy,Squishington,Destructo,Molly, the space aliens & Turbo-Totro-Noid(the 1st Japanese character that I saw with the subtitles part). The karaoke songs from the characters were pretty good(I mostly loved Molly's songs) & Jim Cummings & Rob Paulsen were great:D for the show. It was interesting that they were the characters from those "after these messages, will be right back" parts before the show was made, I think.

I liked the show when I was younger, though to be honest, I don’t really remember that much about it. I’ve spoken with Ken Pontac on another forum; he was one of the creators of “Bump In The Night”. He mentioned how it was the high point of his career, though I suppose there’s no point rambling on about that.

Just take a look at my icon :D

I remember seeing this series years ago and, thanks to the magic of YouTube, managed to relive my childhood memories. Rob Paulsen and Jim Cummings truly gave their best performances in their respective roles - I actually remember the former give an interview about working on the series, and wasn't surprised to hear how much he loved it.

I loved this show when it was on Toon Disney years ago. The only episode I can really remember was when Mr. Bumpy and Squishy meet the evil toast man or what ever his name was and he tries to eat them. Great times. Too bad Toon Disney wouldn't bring it back or was it a Disney show? Of course I don't know if Disney owns DIC shows anymore. Can anyone tell me if Disney does own DIC shows anymore? Also shouldn't this be in the Disney board.

I watched the show when it first came out, but sadly I remember very little. I do remember a music video where they matched up the clips from the show with Alice Cooper's "School's Out."

Bump in the Night was great. My 2 brothers and I used to watch this show ritually. We had a homemade VHS of the entire 1st season, which is currently floating around in some forgotten limbo.

I loved this show soooooooooo much, I remember one episode where Mr Bumpy thought following a snail trial would lead to hidden treasure, and then there was this episode where they had recieved in the mail some Japanese toy that could transform into something reminiscent of Gundam.

That was "Made in Japan", a personal favorite. Interestingly, the toy robot in that short was voiced by Janyce Kawaye, who'd go on to provide the voice of Jenny (XJ9) the robot on Nick's My Life as a Teenage Robot.
