I have uneven skin, some patches are oily and some are really dry! However, my skin is in pretty good condition with no acne. I use Covergirl's Oil Control foundation. Usually, I put lotion on my face before applying foundation, to make my skin more moisturized and not dry. I usually apply foundation with my hands, instead of a brush, to make it not dry as well. However, my foundation always builds up in little clusters and makes my skin look sooo flaky. It seems that every foundation I use, this happens. I've used foundation for oily skin as well before, and the same thing happens. And it usually looks fine at the start of my day, but near the end, it becomes flaky and noticeable. What products can I use/what should I do?
