My microphone on my laptop is not working and I went to my university help desk and they reinstalled the driver and it is showing up that it's working properly..All of the volumes are up, nothing is muted. Are there any settings or suggestions of how to fix this problem? Also...when I plug my headphones into the jack the music still comes out of the external speakers.
