I just purchased this VX-5000 and I am running XP Pro SP3. I have followed multiple resolutions only to get the same error: "The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28), To reinstall the drivers for this device, Reinstall Driver." I tried that, I also searched for a new driver, uninstalled driver. I also unistalled the whole software from add/remove. I have added windows updates, also updated my .Net framework. I have gone into multiple kbs...but I can't get the sound on the mic to work, the imagery is working, but not the mic-Any thoughts?
