i dislocated my shoulder 2 times now, the first time it was like 3 years ago and it happened while playing football, then it happened again about 2 months ago while i was at a swimming pool , i just tried pulling myself out of the pool and then my shoulder just popped out.
if i start lifting weights and build up my shoulder , will that help out on preventing any future dislocations?
