Building a gaming pc?

ok so i decided to build a gaming pc for around 950pounds(pound sign doesn't work lol) and i was just wondering if anyone could other any tips.Like weather to have air or water cooling and if u think i should change any specs or u know where u can get it cheaper any think like that really and yes this is my first build.

so this is what im getting:

Antec 1200 case 129.99 pounds

EVGA 780i sli motherboard 170.00 pounds

EVGA GTX 260 216 core 359.97 pounds

Intel core 2 quad (Q8300)2.5GHz processor 4096KB 1333MHz FSB (Boxed) 172.22 pounds

CORSAIR XMS2-8500 4GB 2X240 5-5-5-15 DHX dominator ram 68.21 pounds

Western Digital Caviar Blue 640GB SATAII 16MB Cache 3.5 inch OEM 55.01 pounds

and i havent decided on the power yet or the voltage so if have any idears on it let me know.

sorry yeh i made a type error the gtx 260 is 259.99 pounds

and i havnt decided on a optical drive so if u know a good one or can recomend one plz do.
 
Ummm I think you listed the wrong thing because there should be no way a GTX 260 216 cores is 359.97 pounds

If you plan on SLI maybe around a 850 watt PSU.

Q8300 not especially great processor in my opinion, I'd probably look for a Q9400.

Your also missing an optical drive.
