Building a Desktop?

I want to build a desktop what are good motherboards, a Quad processer, case, what companies should i get the parts from any info will be gr8 its for gaming the motherboard has to have 3 PCI-E slots for the Gpu's and DDR4 ram
will over-clock the cpu around 3.2 to 4Ghz/s
