Building a college career plan...?

I would like to go into medical, and I was thinking of gettting my BS in Biology but with that there are not too many careers to persue while continuing my education, but I was thinking possibly pre-med are there any occupations you can do with a BS in Pre-Med? Or any other degrees that would be a good idea I was even considering being a surgical nurse and work through college? So what is the best option to formy BS that would be a good medical start I really wanted to do biology but if I were to I would be better off working somewhere that pay minimum wage as finding a job with that would be quite hard....
