there is also a thread like this in the s60 forums as well. I enjoy buying and using new phones too much to have it all end w/ one complete dream phone. Shortcomings are what makes us want more. For now the N95 is an N93, N80, and N73 all crammed into 1 so it's my current obsession but a few months from now another one will roll out and away we go!

Mine will be simple..

1) 500 Mhz processor
2) 100MB RAM with 500MB total internal memory
3) 20GB micro or flash drive for music
4) Atleast 4 hrs talk time/8 hrs music time
5) Quad band with 3G US!
6) Stereo speakers - High quality
7) weight cannot exceed 150 grams
8) Candy bar is preferable but slider is okay
9) wifi
10) Voip Client buit in
11) A2DP
12) Must be a S60vx
13) Built in USB & 3.5mm ports with TV out capability
14) 5MP Auto Focus Camera with Flash
15) Near DVD quality videos with 30 fps
16) "D" pad navigation key. No more Joystick!
17) External memory card slot.. MiniSD is preferred
18) GPS
19) FM Radio
20) Screen: 320x480/2.6"
21) Last but not the least .. Hot swapable external SIM card slot! As I change phones very often!!!

Did I miss anything

How do you mean....it has 64 before boot and angel posted around 18mb after. The N80 and N73 were lucky if they hovered around 11. I would clock between 9-11mb's quite frequently were my E61 would come in around 19-21. If the N95 is 18 on a proto, perhaps the release ready model will stay near 20 after boot. That should be plenty unless you plan on running gps and surfing graphic heavy websites or browsing the gallery full of vids and high res pics. Time will tell but there is no doubt that the RAM issue wasnt significantly improved so that alone is a bit of a dissapointment but if it can keep up with the E61 then I'll be somewhat satisfied.
