With interest rates the way they are at the moment do you think it is better to wait and hope they go down (the building industry is beginning to slow so prices might drop there as well) or should we build now, get it out the way and start paying it off? Obviously interest rates can go either way.
I had also been toying with the possibility of having our wedding in the backyard of our new house, so it would have to be built before September 2009. We currently live in a tiny house and it is driving me crazy!
