buick regal 1998 low coolant light?

i checked the back of the panel on the dash and the bulb on the low coolant warning light is the circuit type!! i don't think you can just pull it out and replace it is there another way to check if the bulb is good or bad???
 
I'm not doudting you . but do you see anything that looks like a small black plastic plug that you might be able to turn , if so there should be about 8 to 10 of them and each one of them will have a light bulb behind it. They just twist and pull out.
