buick le sabre 1985 wagon engine swaps?

i have a buick le sabre 1985 wagon with a 307 oldsmobile tired engine, would like to change it with a brand new one from GM GOODWRENCH, a crate engine small block 350/383 with lots of horse power, which one would fit best and do i have to buy all the accessory around like alternator starter motor, a/c compressor, exaust manifolds, carburettor and air filters, i would like a complete one, did anybody do it before and have experience? anybody can help, i am in UK and would like to come visit USA and maybe buy from there also other parts from autozone, my e mail [email protected], ciao
 
its possible to swap your exhaust with the old one wiring might be a problem unless you are swapping intake too if your installing shortblock no problem transfer all accesories old on to new
