I like the Volvo much better due to quality reasons. Buick is nice, and seems to be trying to "up" there image, but I still remember the pain associated with owning a domestic car. Volvo's are owned domestically, but they are still very rich in their production process which hasn't changed much since there merge a few years back. In my area, Volvo XC90s dominate the roads in the winter seasons and continue to prove their capabilities year after year. I owned a Volvo recently, and let me tell you, they are modern tanks; heavy well engineered cars with outstanding quality.
