Buffet food for veggies?

Im doing a buffet on boxing day,there will be a few vegetarians.Food ideas would be great! Don't want to just dish out cucumber sandwiches and cheese on sticks!

- Filo Baskets
- Pastry Boats
- Feta Cheese Puffs
- Wild Mushroom Tartlets
- Chilli Foccacia
- Spicy Vegetable Fritters
- Spinach, Peanut and Lime Rolls
- Egg and Dill Croutes
- Artichoke and Sweet Pepper Boats
- Sweet Onion and Thyme Tartlets
 
-Pasta Salad loaded with fresh veggies in a italian dressing (I suggest Good seasons)
-Roasted seasoned veggie medley (potatoes, carrots, onions etc)
-Wild Rice casserole (Use prepacked long grain and wild rice mix w/ seasonings and add sauteed onions, mushrooms and cranberries)
-Crudite (a variety of raw veggies with a variety of dips or dressings)
 
Party Pizza, Garlic bread, Onion rings, Hash browns, Chips, Potato wedges, Samosas!
many things for veg!
