My family has decided to go to a hotel restaurant which is a buffet, and includes a DESSERT BUFFET. Now, i am going to tell you, no words can describe how much i love desserts ( cookies, bread, donuts, cakes, biscotti..etc ) In fact, all I can think about are cookies, donuts, chocolate...etc ever since I have started dieting. I basically love anything sweet, (candy, gummy bears, chocolate,) and I would rather skip meals and replace them with cookies, cake..etc. You see where I'm getting at. Now i'm doing good with my diet, but this buffet, I need to go because it's a special occasion. I KNOW that I'm going to pig out, especially at the dessert buffet, as you might have already noticed. Is one day of doing this going to ruin my diet? I might be consuming like more than 3000 calories, whereas my daily calories are only 1200. I am worried but I don't want to waste $40 worth... Please help me!
P.S. I'm currently 100 pounds and now i want to stop with weight loss and maintain my weight. How many calories should i consume to maintain my weight?
