Bubbling and pain whenever I move

Hi, Basically whenever I move, sit down, stand up, lie down, turn, cough, sneeze, twist...anything, I get a bubbling just under my lower left rib. I doubt it's a digestive thing because I know my stomach well. It lasts for exactly 11 seconds every time and the last bubble is always the biggest. I cant feel it with my hand and I can't see any movement. It feels like very light air bubbling to the top of something. I went to my GP last week and she said I might have bumped myself and it'll go away, I haven't bumped myself. It's been over 2 weeks now and it feels like it's happening more often and stronger, also slight stabbing pains right in that area with breathing. Suffer from heart palpitations from anxiety also. Any ideas? I'm lost!
P.S maybe I should add I get pins and needles in my left hand and left foot at the same time probably 2 or 3 times a day.

I don't know why someone wouldn't have suggested an ultrasound to make sure there isn't anything truly there. If not an ultrasound -- at least an extra or an MRI?

I would go to the hospital

The doc just sort of dismissed me and focussed on the heart palpitations which I already knew about. It's been like this for 2 weeks now, any thought what it could be? I don't want to waste anyones time.
