started off pins and needles in either both hands or feet , mostly at night . graduated to waking up with hot feet / legs then had severe swelling in ankles , most of these symptons have reduced for no reason , now im left with a bruised sensation at night particularly in my left foot under my front pad and in the middle , makes walking painful and generally goes away after getting up , although last nights bout has left it painful still at 9 am this morning , have been to doc 3 times who says i had nerve damage from to much beer consumption and referred to neurologist , 4th visit to different doc says 1st doc was on the right path , ultrasound in torso showed nothing , bloods all good , osteopath says alls good , appointment with neurologist a week ago showed nothing and confirmed my thoughts THAT i shouldn't have even been there , all tests there left nothing at all to report, im also on no medications/drugs at all 
am i on my own here ??
I also have an insatiable thirst but do drink plenty of water , and get very blurry eyes if in front of a tv for no more than an hour , take them about 2 hours to clear enough to drive
